Ray and his wife Sandy moved to Livermore nearly 30 years ago. Their four children attended Livermore K-12 schools. Ray has always been an active community participant. He coached youth soccer while his kids were playing and has been an active member of the Livermore Rotary Club for over 20 years.

Ray has owned and operated businesses in the City since 1975. He enjoys working individually with new and old clients and his business philosophy has always been to negotiate a win/win result that satisfies all participants. From the Auto and Homeowners insurance agency he owned and operated here for over 20 years Ray learned the history and quality of the housing stock well. Building is also one of Ray's favorite activities and he has participated in the design and construction of several homes over the years.
